KING'S NOODLE INC.

Located in Richardson, Texas, the unpretentious King’s Noodle Inc. distinguishes itself from other Chinese restaurants by offering authentic Taiwan style noodles. But like many other great restaurants, it is still dedicated to providing healthy and great tasting dishes made from the freshest ingredients possible.

Living up to its name, the specialty of this restaurant is obviously the noodle dishes, particularly the Taiwanese derivatives of the Chinese dish - red roasted (braised) beef noodles. The local residents may agree King’s Noodle provides the best beef noodle in the area.

Although the menu isn't extravagant, it's almost done in home style which you could only be found in Taiwan. Take the special Beef Stew Noodle for example. The noodle is chewy, beef is tender and broth is savory yet not overpowering, and the dish compliments with the crunchy vegetables.

There are many crowd pleasers in the restaurant, including Za jiang Mein, Beef Dry Noodle, and Rice Flat Noodle Soup with Ground Pork.

Dedicated to the conception of “fresh, healthy offerings”, owner David Zhao instilled this idea into the daily restaurant operation. He insists choosing the fresh and quality produces, and gets up very early to buy the fresh make noodles, prepare the meat sauce, and stew the beef. And Zhao promises to never add any food preservatives in the noodle.

“What we are trying to do is to satisfy our customers,” said Zhao.
