I found this place randomly. I set about to start at the first menu item and try each consecutive menu item on later visits.
Too bad for me the Beef Dry Noodle is the first item because it blew my mind and I haven't been able to get anything else since (ok, aside from a couple side items here and there with my friend).
Fantastic noodles and when the beef is at its best, it's just about some of the best beef I've ever eaten!
I also like usually being the only white guy in the store; it's a cultural immersion~!
Please don't change a thing - except for possibly more locations.

What I ordered: Beef Stew Noodles/ Beef Noodle Soup (Niu Ro Mien)
I ordered the niu ro mien with wide noodles. The noodles are chewy and well made, which is always important to me. The broth is on the lighter side. I would prefer more of a richer broth. The meat is well-marinated.
I visit King Noodle regularly for niu ro mien. A good niu ro mien at a very fair price.
Good sized portions.

It's a very good Taiwanese style restaurant. I really like it. You should try it.
